Cancellation Policy

At Bunny Bakes, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide flexibility while ensuring we can continue to deliver fresh, high-quality products to all our customers.

Standard Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or collection time. This applies to all of our range except full cakes and custom cakes.

  • For full cakes, cancellations must be made at least 3 days before the scheduled delivery or collection time.

  • For custom cakes for events, cancellations are not allowed, but we can arrange a new date for delivery or collection.

Changes to Your Order:

  • If you need to make changes to the quantity, flavour, or any other part of your order, please contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or collection to allow ample time for these changes.

  • Please note that in some cases, changes may not be possible.

  • If the change involves a reduction in quantity, no refund will be given, but you will receive a credit note for future orders.

  • Items with a minimum order requirement may not be reduced in quantity below that minimum number.

Extenuating Circumstances:

  • We recognize that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise.

  • If you need to cancel outwith the specified time frames, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • In such cases, we will arrange a credit note for the full value of your order, which can be applied to future purchases.
