At the helm of our team stands Maya Rios, a Spanish artisan baker who fell in love with Scotland 7 years ago. While her academic journey led her to study hospitality management at a prestigious university in the south of Spain, Maya's passion for baking was ignited at the tender age of 10, when she baked her first batch of cookies with her mother. Drawing inspiration from her diverse experiences in cafes and restaurants, Maya embarked on a mission to establish her own bakery, where she could infuse every loaf, cake, or biscuit with her dedication and love. Maya's upbringing, marked by various food intolerances, instilled in her a deep mindfulness toward culinary creations and a commitment to offering carefully tailored, customizable options.

Yeast-Free Breads
At our bakery, we specialize in yeast-free bread, using a recipe inspired by the classic Irish Soda Bread. Our loaves are baked in rectangular tins, giving them that traditional Sandwich Bread Style. Despite being yeast-free, they maintain all the qualities of a good loaf. Ideal for your morning toast or crafting yummy sandwiches, our bread is versatile and delicious. It is also 100% plant-based!

Burger buns, Focaccia and Flatbreads
In addition to our yeast-free options, we provide a variety of yeasted breads, including Burger Buns, customizable Focaccia with a range of toppings, and Pitas. Upon request, we're happy to make any of these breads plant-based, catering to various dietary preferences and needs.

Sweet Treats
Indulge in our delightful selection of sweet treats, which happens to be our personal favorite! From cookies to muffins and delectable cinnamon buns, our range promises to satisfy your sweet cravings. Looking ahead, we're hoping to introduce croissants and pain au chocolat to our menu in the near future.

In addition to our regular menu, we provide the opportunity to design a fully customized sweet or cake tailored to any special occasion. Our specialty lies in sponge-style cakes adorned with an array of flavored icings or buttercreams. As Maya is also a passionate plant-based baker, you can rest assured that even our vegan cakes are bursting with flavor, ensuring a delightful experience without compromise.
